Youth Platform
Youth Platform – All Arbor youth receive access to the youth website. The
Education, Occupational, Employment Platforms provide additional support as
needed for each individual.
Online Assessments
iJobs provides a
enable each youth to understand their skills
that will lead to sustainable employment.
Customized User Interface
iJobs is available in English and Spanish. For users
who have reading challenges, the iJobs platforms have the option of speaking the
instructions.
Employer Platform
Employers personalize lists of additional trainings and
requirements for Arbor youth PRIOR to granting youth interviews.
Administration Platform
Customer and Arbor staff use iJobs to coordinate and
analyze all facets of program participation.
