Power is a one-of-a-kind, in-school youth employment and training program which offers hope to youth who are struggling in the traditional high school setting. Power provides year-round, curriculum-based training support inspiring successful high school completion and preparing youth for employment success. Power includes exciting, innovative features that strengthen the core model design. Power has a seven-year history of success, resulting in Arbor’s national award of excellence. A New Way of Engaging the Hardest to Serve Youth The Power program guides at-risk youth through a personal five-phase experience, each phase operating in alignment with the school calendar. |
